What is Mediation?

Mediation is a process where all of the parties meet to discuss and work out their legal issues.  The mediator is a neutral party who does not advocate for either party.  The mediator does not provide legal advice to either party.  The mediator helps facilitate communication between the parties so that the parties can develop a resolution to their legal problem.
